Hotel Radiant

This is a G+5 storied boutique hotel (4star) situated at the heart of Kolkata. The design objective was to provide the best level of comfort and luxury with outstanding facade to attract most of the business class customers. Meticulous planning and teamwork helped us to overcome the challenges to accommodate 32 Rooms, 3 Banquets, Restaurant, Gym and all services within a plot of 6500 sq.ft.. Central atrium was introduced to promote natural ventilation in corridors and in Non AC areas. Greeneries were added in various level like ground floor, 2nd floor atrium and terrace level in combination with vertical gardens to enhance the natural beauty of the project.
